Your Right of Withdrawal at EquiAirLite®
We gladly accept returns as long as the items are unused, in their original condition, and show no signs of use. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of delivery.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email to equiairlite@equiairlite.com). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Please return the device in the same condition in which you received it. If the goods show signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the device, or if they are damaged, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the reduction in value.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
